Hello Sunday!

First of all, thanks to all the blog followers, and everyone who keeps coming back to read this ohsem "Ohsemwok 365 days with 365 of recipes" recipe blog! My dish today is Spaghetti Seafood Olio Olia Oliu.. Ok sebut laju2 please.. Olio Olia Oliu.. Olio Olia Oliu..Olio Olia Oliu.. Haaa....terbelit lidah tak? kan? Bagus...

Ok, It's actually my version of Spaghetti Seafood Olio :)

What you need is a 4 type of seafood - Fish fillet (here i used ikan merah, you can also you dory), squid, prawn and mussels (my favourite!)

Other ingredients are a shown below:

1/2 cup olive oil, black pepper, dried parsley, salt, mix herb (optional) and paprika (or dried chilies).

 Of coz the Spaghetti.

Garlic, minced.

Bring pasta to the boiled water. Add salt and olive oil. Boiled pasta around 13-15 minutes until "al-dente". As i mentioned before, the only way to tell the pasta is well cooked is to taste it! Ok, now drain the pasta and separate.

Heat olive oil in large pan. Add in minced garlic, cook until it turns to golden color. Add in all the seafood. Slowly cook in medium heat. Add in seasoning - black pepper, salt & dried parsley (you can also add in little bit of mixed herb, but don't too much).

Add in spaghetti to the mix seafood, and mix slowly with medium heat. You may wanna add more salt. Add in paprika to give little bit of spicy to the whole dish. You can add dried chilies (crushed) as well. It's up to you!

Ok, it's done.

Oh.. actually I'm supposed to add in capsicum but because I couldn't find it in the supermarket, I just leave that part. So it's good to have that in this meal.

Sorry for my broken English! Off to dinner!
